You will assist with both upstream and downstream product development / post launch support efforts. You will learn the ins and outs while supporting product development and design from concepts through the entire development process and into global commercialization and clinical implementation. You will also be a key resource for our external sales team and will need to provide unparalleled sales support by answering technical product or competitive questions and resolving sales/customer questions.What will your duties and responsibilities be?The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties as tasks as needed and assigned.Support products in all stages of development (i.e. existing portfolio, near-term launch, pending FDA approval and new products) through marketing, operational support, product surveillance, and business analytics

Involvement with product branding, creation of product support collateral, internal/external product training, and digital marketing campaigns

Collaborate with senior team members to create strategic marketing campaigns and develop product support and quick reference tools critical for internal and external customers

Provide technical and clinical support to the sales team to drive revenue objectives and surgical outcomes and be accessible off-hours

Team up with Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to monitor customer feedback and document post-market product performance

Create competitive analyses of comparable products, and monitor and document performance trends for specified product lines

Establish and implement initiatives to create demand of products from various customers, and provide forecasts for product lines

Support the development and implementation of global go-to-market plans to support launches

Support setup of display booths and product demonstrations of product lines at industry conferences, customer meetings, and education programs

Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485

What skills and experience will you need?The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:0-1 years of work experience required

Strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written correspondence with all levels of peers and leadership at SeaSpine, distributorships, and surgeon customers

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer/inventory databases

Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize, and help in managing team goals and initiatives amidst competing priorities

Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

Willingness to be in cadaver lab and active operating room environments

Ability to travel up to 10%, when needed
