The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website marketing, SEO, analytics, and content creation. If these values are engrained in your core and you aspire to work at a fun, empowering, and dynamic Company, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the next step in your marketing career!WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS REMOTE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE?Website Marketing:Design and implement digital marketing campaigns designed to increase web traffic and generate leadsUpdate and maintain SEO on new and existing website pages to improve search rankings and organic visibility.Create and implement effective website funnels to guide visitors through the conversion process.Optimize content and comms related to eCommerce conversion rate optimization.Create and optimize landing pages in WordPress, MarketoCreate and implement engaging content that aligns with our SEO strategy and target audience.Monitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HeatMap, and Search Console to track website performance and user behaviorAnalyze data and extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and improve ROIManage and maintain digital marketing reports to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.Support the Content Marketing Director in deploying and running digital marketing campaigns

Social Media:Create and publish engaging social media content across various platforms to attract and engage our target audience.Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS REMOTE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred, will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience).3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven track record of success in driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving conversions.Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools.Proficiency in Marketo, Instapage, or WordPress Landing Page Builder.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Our ideal candidate is autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with outstanding project and time management, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills)You are also energetic, personable, and a quick learner with an excellent work ethic, a "whatever it takes" positive, solution-oriented attitude, and the confidence and drive to learn quickly, analyze, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire salary range for this role is between

$61,200 - $76,500 . Your pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that

we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range

(dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
