What You'll DoWilson Sporting Goods is expanding our business through thoughtful, elegant, technical sportswear and experiential retail stores. We believe that the Athlete Advisor role is the most important role in the company.
As a Keyholder – Visual Merchandising Lead, you lead the visual merchandising execution in our Flagship store. You ensure the Flagship always looks premium, on brand, and in line with the visual merchandising inspiration directed by the US Visual Merchandising Manager and your Store Manager. You create an exceptional athlete experience by educating on our performance sportswear and hardgoods. You are the best Advisor on the floor and lead by example. You deliver the daily sales plan through motivating and coaching the Advisor team to create a world class customer experience.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead visual merchandising planning and execution shifts for your retail store.
Work closely with your Store Manager and US Visual Merchandising Manager to maintain allFlagship VM standards.
VM Leads must do at least 1 overnight per week to restock and visually refresh the store.
Build a team of in-store merchandisers to support in execution and upkeep.
Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and beauty.
Support in merchandising of partner stores and accounts, where needed.
Deliver exceptional athlete experiences.
Cash handling and register transactions.
Inventory management.
Replenishing salesfloor items.
Regular floor walks to ensure the store is clean – cleaning and tidying throughout the day.
Support store projects and brand initiatives.
Maintain up to date product education on the latest equipment and sportswear.
Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
Deliver daily sales plan when leading the floor.
Open and close the store as the store leader.
What We're Looking ForThis role requires two or more years’ experience in a sales environment as well as 2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
