This is your chance to achieve your goals and lead an extraordinary career.This is your chance to invest in your future.Team / division overviewThe Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales (CXMDS) team is a global team responsible for consistent digital touchpoints across all sales channels and focuses on clients to boost digital sales activities. The team ensures the operation of our digital platforms and works on the tactical and strategic development of our digital channels. We work closely with internal sales functions, marketing/event managers, legal & compliance, technology departments, and external vendors.Role DetailsAs a Digital Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for:Supporting the Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales team's strategic book of work, with a focus on US initiatives-including but not limited to marketing governance and digital strategy topics across the firm in close coordination with local & global stakeholders

Planning & executing marketing governance initiatives for the team focused on creating operational structure, accountability, and process improvements

Leading broader governance meetings for Marketing/Communications team, with opportunity to influence & advocate for best-in-class marketing tactics

Acting as the primary marketing governance contact for the US CXMDS organization for day-to-day operations

Managing business stakeholders and ensure alignment with local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements

Supporting in defining digital integrated journeys to drive client engagement & business growth to support aggressive sales goals

We are looking for :3+years of relevant professional experiences in Financial Industry preferred (e.g. digital marketing, marketing governance, and/or consulting)

A passion for digital marketing and improving client experience, with a proven track record of driving strategic priorities and delivering results

Understanding of how to navigate legal, regulatory requirements and/or prior experience within a highly controlled environment is a must. Preferred candidates have a strong background in working closely with legal & compliance functions - and driving regulatory/organizational change across the firm.

Strong understanding of the marketing sales funnel, client's journey, personas, messaging and positioning preferred

Ability to navigate areas that may not be clearly defined and work independently to address and take a hands-on approach to ensure that projects stay on track

Proactively looking for ways to identify actionable insights and improve existing processes to drive efficiencies; and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change

Effective communicator and responds well to constructive feedback

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields

Certifications: FINRA licensing Series 7 required (training will be provided if you do not currently hold the license)

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
