This will be achieved by developing tailored support plans for up to one quarter to ensure each business achieves its advertising growth goals on eBay.com. The growth advisor will be the single point of contact for promoted listing queries during these 12 weeks and will perform adoption reviews to ensure the success of each customer.A drive for results is essential to the role's success, with high competency to work within a busy and ever-changing environment under your initiative.Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to sell through service by up-selling and cross-selling various Promoted Listing product features through a value-add-based approach.This role will focus on supporting our extension into Brand/B2C seller categories and verticals based on scaling needs.This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge in a core area of growth for eBay. If you want to work with business stakeholders, grow our sellers’ businesses, or if you have the appetite for challenging and disrupting for positive change, then this is the role for you.Core DutiesIn this dedicated full-time position, based on approximately 40 hours per week, you will provide comprehensive customer support through email correspondence, direct phone calls, and interactive online meetingsBe the primary point of contact of support for sellers to adopt Promoted Listings (General, Priority and Offsite) and other marketing products over a 12-week rotation periodDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, partners and global customer service leadersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track account metricsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisMonitor and analyze customers’ usage of our productsResponsible for working with the BU to onboard and integrate new clients, and developing existing client relationshipsLiaise between the customer and internal teamsOverseeing a comprehensive portfolio of clients with a target of conducting between 30-40 calls daily.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of eBay's systems and tools, while working in Communicator and Zoom for effective call management, enabling high-quality recordings that enhance training and development initiatives.Teammates that exhibit significant professional development within the team by mastering product knowledge, consistently delivering exceptional results across key performance indicators, and adhering to behavioral standards, can position themselves for potential advancement within the role.Prerequisite Knowledge & ProficienciesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturityAbility to prioritize among competing tasksCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent time and project management skills.
