Our client, a wholesale apparel company, is looking for a Design Director to join their team in NJ!Responsibilities:Oversee all related job responsibilities for the design teamDevelop designs based on style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends.Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and aesthetic standards.Lead the conceptualization of seasonal design concepts.Manage and oversee a team of 6Oversee product development timelines.Troubleshoot quality and technical issues.Manage handoff processes and approve materials.Foster a positive team dynamic and evaluate team performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion design.Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.Proficiency in design software and Mac platforms.
