Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Events and Communications Program Manager to join our dynamicsales enablement team at Axonius. The Events and Communications Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by developing, managing and executing communication strategies and sales events for the entire revenue team. This individual will be primarily responsible for driving the sales communications and events strategies, and setting a twice yearly plan for how we'll ensure the sales org has the information they need, when they need it. The role will tactically be responsible for two existing deliverables: (1) overseeing internal communications within Sales, including monthly sales all-hands meetings, weekly management podcasts, and ongoing notifications via Slack and email; and (2) planning and executing sales events, such as the annual sales kickoff.

Responsibilities:

Driving the sales events and communications strategy

Creating a twice-yearly events and communications strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive events and communications strategy that supports the sales team. This includes planning and managing sales events that engage, inform, and empower the sales team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to create targeted communication campaigns that align with business goals, drive product awareness, and enhance sales team performance.

Ensure that all events and communications are aligned with the overall sales strategy and effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.

Continuously assess and refine the strategy based on feedback and evolving business needs to maximize impact and ROI.

Communication Management

Monthly Sales All-Hands Meetings: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the monthly sales all-hands meetings, including agenda development, speaker coordination, content creation, and follow-up communications.

Weekly Management Podcasts: Oversee the production and distribution of weekly management podcasts, ensuring relevant content is delivered to the sales team in a timely and engaging manner.

Ongoing Notifications: Manage ongoing communication with the sales team through Slack, email, and other internal channels, ensuring key updates, announcements, and resources are effectively disseminated.

Sales Event Management

Annual Sales Kickoff: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual sales kickoff, including venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, content creation, and logistics management.

Sales Events: Manage other sales events throughout the year, such as regional sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities, ensuring alignment with overall sales enablement strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, event management, or internal communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and messaging for various audiences.

Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Slack, G-Suite) and program management software such as Monday or Asana.

Experience utilizing training development tools such as Rise or Articulate, as well as audio and video editing software is required.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate's salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)$110,000 — $120,000 USD
