Responsibilities: • Create, manage and analyze results of team email marketing • Organize and execute marketing efforts pertaining to launching listings, including coordinating photography and video, as well as preparing listing descriptions, brochures, property websites, open house supplies, and in-property marketing materials • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all listing marketing strategy • Conduct on-site visits to each listing to film walk-through videos and behind-the-scenes footage for additional marketing content • Film, edit and repurpose video content • Manage both the team and team lead’s social media strategy and implementation, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Linktree • Work hand-in-hand with the team’s Operations Coordinator in the planning and execution of team client appreciation events • Manage TWG’s Google Business account, including adding photos, posting updates, checking analytics and updating settings • Ad campaign management for team’s CRM, including being the point of contact for our Ad Manager. Monitor lead flow, budget and ad performance on a monthly basis • Management of our company website, including creating blog posts, landing pages, updating keywords based on trends, and monitoring SEO • Maximize the re-distribution of content through all of our social media channels • Manage all print marketing for the team, including buyer/seller guides, curation of listing presentations, door knocking fliers, and postcards • Develop and execute letter campaigns for buyers and around listings • Assist in all marketing efforts around new agent onboarding • Manage annual Sponsorship relationships with our vendor partners • Demonstrate a proactive approach to leveraging AI tools and technologies to scale and optimize our marketing efforts, with a willingness to learn, experiment, and implement innovative solutions Qualifications: • Degree in marketing/related majors and/or two years of experience in marketing and branding • Experience in social media management, CRMs, website management, brand marketing, and video editing • Fantastic attention to detail • Maintain an open mind to new ideas and suggestions and take the initiative to contribute the same to the team • Additional skills in systems such as Canva, Dropbox, OpusClips, Adobe Premier Pro • Experience in the real estate sphere would be ideal but not required • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills and a strong work ethic • Interested in working in tight-knit, supportive team environment and enthusiastic about being a collaborative team player Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
