Robotics US Country LeaderYour role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing strategy in the Robotics & Discrete Automation Marketing and Sales Divisions. Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the marketing action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is: #LI - HybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area division in the United States. Main stakeholders are ABB's Robotics Division and our customers.You will be mainly accountable for:*Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with the business area/division marketing and sales strategy and budget.*Developing action plans to deliver the agreed marketing (and communications) strategy within the budget.*Defining the marketing targets for the assigned area and ensuring their achievement; and anticipating changes in the market direction proactively and facilitating timely and appropriate remedial action.*Identifying existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities through market analysis, defining strategy/business plans for each opportunity, and coordinating with the relevant teams for the assigned area.Our team dynamicsYou will join a {insert adjectives - e.g. dynamic, talented, high performing} team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role

High School/GED and minimum 16 years relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing organizationsORAssociate's Degree in Marketing, or similar field and minimum 14 years relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing organizationsORBachelor's Degree in Marketing, or similar field and minimum 12 years relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing organizationsMinimum five years in digital demand generation, marketing automation and leading marketing and/or Sales Operations teams.Proficient in the use of marketing and demand generations platforms such as SFDC, Pardot, Bizzabo, Entergon (or similar) to create campaigns and design customer journeysCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about us
