Coordinates and assists with marketing, media relations, social media, and public relations projects that advance the objectives of the Division of IT.Coordinates the development and delivery of presentations and training sessions for Division of Information Technology products and services and conducts these to audiences.Designs and writes articles and provides editorial assistance for print and electronic publications for the Division of IT.Responsible for updating, planning, creating, and posting content for the Division of ITs social media platform and for the divisions on-campus tech store, FIU Panther TECHAssists in coordination and execution of annual month-long cybersecurity awareness activities including but not limited to Secure Miami conference, lunch and learn sessions, etc.Assists in the development of marketing materials and strategy for communication for the Panther TECH store.Designs and produces written and graphic content for Division of Information Technology documentation and online sites.Facilitates and supports event planning for Division of Information Technology hosted events.Assists in development and production of newsletters and annual reports.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media/Public Relations, Communications or related field and one (1) year of experience.Desired Qualifications

Ability to work multiple projects.Knowledge of advanced features in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally.Experience working with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and website content management systems.Job Category
