About the PositionThe Project Manager sits on the Customer Experience team and is responsible for project managing Methodical's marketing initiatives and retail projects. This primarily includes managing our marketing calendar, new retail projects, ecommerce products, and coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Marketing Coordination

Oversee and manage our marketing calendar

Coordinate events and launches with external partners and between social, email, and blog platforms

Ensure details and assets are being provided on-time

Create and manage a digital asset management system

Retail Project Management

Work alongside the creative team to assist in new retail product creation

Manage communications with external partners

Manage timelines and milestones

Ecomm - B2B and B2C

Manage product listings on both our B2B and B2C sites. This includes creating new products, scheduling their publishing, and managing their inventory.

Ensure all product details are accurate including descriptions, metadata, sales channels, integrations, inventory, pricing, etc.

Ensure all information on both sites is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Type

Part-time - 15-20hrs/week

Mon-Fri availability

Remote-friendly with ability to be in-person at least once a week

About You

At least 2 years experience in marketing project management

Excellent computer proficiency with experience with Google Business, Shopify, project management tools, and enjoys learning new software

Great attention to detail

Obsessed with organization

Prefers collaboration and is team-oriented

Effective communicator both written and oral

Is self-motivated and can navigate ambiguity

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

A good eye for design

Experience with copywriting a plus
