Client is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our team, dedicated to empowering small businesses and self-employed individuals globally through world-class design. This role involves translating complex accounting jargon into conversational language, leveraging AI tools, and working collaboratively across teams to launch designs that delight.Develop and implement content structures, templates, and strategic deliverables such as audits and playbooks.Convert technical accounting terms into engaging, action-driving language that mirrors our brand’s voice.Utilize generative AI tools to develop content prompts and strategies.Foster collaboration across design, product management, marketing, and research teams.Engage deeply in customer research to cultivate empathy and guide design decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in content design or strategy, with a strong grasp of design principles.Familiarity with generative AI tools and their best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
