Job SummaryResponsible for driving development and execution of the Global Partner Experience across marketing-owned partner facing tools and systems to achieve sales and marketing goals and objectives. Global Partner Marketing lead for development and creation of partner-facing demand generation campaign articulation, strategy, and execution through cross collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute demand generation campaigns to enable co-branding and customization by Partners; execution through cross collaboration with key stakeholders across Marketing, Channel Marketing and channel sales organization

Develop Partner Portal strategies, implementation plans and manage budgets to increase adoption and utilization of portal, accelerate channel awareness, partner education, channel demand generation, joint marketing activities and partner readiness and enablement

Drive global consistently through collaboration and alignment with Regional Partner Marketing and Global Partner Experience peers to develop and execute consistent processes, positioning and messaging across partner-marketing owned tools (Partner Portal, Demand Center); including localization when required

Develop and manage joint marketing fund program in partnership with Global Partner Programs team to accelerate joint marketing activities with prioritized partners

Enhance partner experience through consistent monitoring and measurement of partner-facing tool utilization; identify gaps are and create programs/campaigns, tactics to fill those gaps and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders

Lead internal global communication efforts to drive alignment with and awareness of partner engagement with partner-marketing owned partner facing tools

Serve as Global Partner Experience prime for Reseller partners to maintain overall reseller community acumen; Engage with Channel Sales leaders and Regional Partner Marketing Managers to participate in quarterly business reviews supporting alignment

Qualifications10+ years experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
