Join Our Spiro*Verse and Experience Brand Gravity.Learn more about who we are here!Provide creative leadership with clients, influence vision, and align the team behind you to create the motivation and passion which delivers "best in class" creative work on projects in a timely manner.Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the creative process.Interface with the creative team, internal account teams, and clients to develop innovative yet intuitive creative solutions that address complex business, marketing, and user needs through a variety of channels.Concept and direct leading creative work for major accounts in multiple marketing media and disciplines.Oversee the narrative and visual development of the idea in collaboration with clients and team members.Manage the creative process for large-scale projects, tight deadlines, and high volume of work with geographically dispersed teams.Possess the presence and experience to interface at the executive level, developing and maintaining client relationships.Strong skills in written and verbal communication, visual presentation, and meeting facilitation in both individual and group settings.Generate and present thought leadership on behalf of the agency.Maintain an effective working relationship with all company departments, with particular emphasis on a team approach to projects.

QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in an event or experience design agency with a particular focus in corporate theater, general sessions, large-scale business meetings, and large integrated events.Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading writers and other creatives.Expert knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, event and experience design, press upfronts, product launches, and sales techniques.Experience with developing creative and content management and speaker presentation delivery techniques.Understand human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivationPossess strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design, layout and typography; a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.Accomplished interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Excellent customer and inter-company relationship skills.Proven experience in managing small and large creative projects from inception to project closeout, including follow-up methodology.Established ability to manage the everyday details of a project while focusing on the highest quality result.Strong ability to work under pressure.Able to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.Required to travel for client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Up to 25%.
