Job Description

The Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing is an integral part of the Shopper Marketing team within the Customer Development Office. This individual supports area leadership, owns the management of the marketing budget, spearheads strategic annual planning of key drive periods at retail and acts as the main contact and trusted adviser to internal and external partners.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesProvide Shopper Marketing leadership and key point of contact to Customer(s)Own budget management/reporting and ongoing process improvement for Customer(s)Steer strategic annual planning of key marketing activations and strategy for Amazon Core and Amazon FreshPartner with BU and National Commerce Marketing Teams to identify and develop shopper programs that align with customer objectives as well as internal sales and brand team goalsBrief agency team(s) and internal partners on shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on success criteriaAdapt strategies and tactics based on real time performance dataBuild compelling selling tools to aid the field with securing retailer support of key promotionsContinue routine of communication and knowledge sharing between the field, BU, and leadershipOwn relationship with creative agency team for the Customer(s)Re-application of traditional brand management principles to in-store environment.Expected Experience & Required SkillsConsumer package goods industry experience or similar experienceProficient in Microsoft Office programsStrong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical backgroundStrong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skillsExcellent organization and project management skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal directionAbility to effectively summarize sophisticated information upwards and influence salesleadership to drive appropriate actionStrong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of othersProven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced,results driven environmentKnowledge of retailers and broker environmentWork Environment & ScheduleThis position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.Location(s)Chicago/Aon Center, Seattle - Sales Office Base Salary Range: $99,100.00 - $123,900.00Target Total Cash Range: $123,875.00 - $154,875.00 Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
