Purpose of the JobHH Global is currently hiring a Business Development Director. This person will be an individual contributor who will drive revenue by pursuing new business. We are looking for a top-performing business development professional who is commercially savvy and has experience of building long-lasting trusted relationships with clients.This position will be salaried + commission for the first 2 years, after which time, it will be a 100% commission based with no cap on commission.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for the companyIdentify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in order to create selling opportunities with new clientsDevelop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of HH Global's strategic solutions and market differentiators in order to deliver products, services, and value to clientsWork cross-functionally to identify, implement, and execute company solutions that can add value for new and existing clientsStay current on industry trends affecting existing and prospective clients in order to provide strategic insight to their businessServe as the main point of contact and strategic partner for the client during the sales and onboarding process, maintaining high levels of service and ensuring client expectations are metPlan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and opportunities
Knowledge, Skills + ExperienceMinimum of 5, ideally 10+ years of professional experience in a revenue target-driven role, leading client relationships, and driving new business. Industry experience preferredProven track record of negotiating and closing salesDemonstrated history of building relationships and networks with key stakeholders at organizationsStrong analytical and project management skillsExceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to mixed audiences and varied levelsAbility to travel domestically for client meetings and industry eventsYour application will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting Team and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit for the position.
