Marketing Specialist + Designer (RFP/Proposals) (13418)

Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills who has a focus in RFP / proposal creation. This role is: - Up to 32/hours week - client is flexible if you can only work part-time hours and not the full 32 - Hybrid; client ideally wants someone that can come onsite 1-2 days/week in Minneapolis, North Loop area. - 10-12 weeks with potential to extend Primary Responsibilities: - In this role, you will primarily assist in designing RFPs/proposals. This includes proofreading all content, updating the layout, and getting the proposal to final versions for submission. The client will provide you with all content needed to design the proposal, templates, and examples of previously created proposals. - Communicate project / RFP status with your Manager from initial kick-off to submission, and maintain project information in their CRM - Your role also includes social media posting, but this is 10-15% of the role Must have: - Minimum of 3 years' experience in proposal design / development experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office - Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or similar is preferred - Experience in a deadline-driven environment - Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) - Able to work with executive leaders across all proposal and RFPs - Comfortable working in a PC environment; client will provide a PC laptop
