Constellation provides a robust onboarding program in addition to ongoing training initiatives to help employees integrate into the organization quickly and maximize their growth potential.About the jobThis role supports the Senior Manager, Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing in the development, management, and execution of strategic multicultural marketing programs across sports, music & culture for the beer brands Pacifico and Victoria. The Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing Associate will assist in the creation of activation strategies for each brand platform and will help secure and activate culturally relevant national partnerships, driving clear alignment across functions to ensure innovative and integrated execution.Responsibilities:ACTIVATION STRATEGY & NATIONAL PARTNERSHIPSDevelop and implement sponsorship and event strategies for priority platforms across sports, music & culture.Support national sponsorship activation, working directly with Brand, Media, Field Marketing, Licensing & Partnerships, and Retail Marketing teams to drive integrated cross-functional programming.Manage day-to-day sponsorship operations including budget, multicultural agency management, approvals, sweepstakes development, and ticket distribution.Oversee the development of tools across national sponsorships to ensure successful local execution of programming.Support Senior Manager in identifying, acquiring, and managing talent, working with applicable agency support.EXPERIENTIAL MARKETINGDevelop experiential briefs rooted in strategy & insights, with clear expectations for agency responses.Collaborate with Senior Manager to develop best-in-class consumer experiences that drive both short- & long-term marketing and business objectives.Support the planning & execution of events tied to national sponsorships that showcase the brand in unique and compelling ways and ensure consistent local takedowns and high-quality experiences.PLANNING & BUSINESS MANAGEMENTLead day-to-day budget management, maintaining monthly budgets and forecasts and overseeing vendors, invoices and payments.Develop, distribute, and present internal communications around platforms and sponsorships, including activation overviews, playbooks, and recaps to cross-functional partners and leadership.Utilize competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to validate and optimize concepts that will drive growth volume and meet objectivesLead ongoing analysis of programming & measurement of strategic national sponsorships to ensure brand programming is tracking against goals.Your qualities & expertiseBachelor’s Degree required.3+ years experience in Sports, Music or Entertainment Marketing with an emphasis on consumer-driven campaigns & multicultural marketing.Experience influencing cross-functional teams and external business partners.Strong budget management skills and experience working with large budgets.Proven track record of bringing innovative, strategic ideas to keep brand programming fresh and relevant.Understanding of, or willingness to learn, brand strategy and how to implement it across various consumer touchpoints.Experience writing briefs and delivering feedback to agencies clearly & succinctly.Strong communication skills across all forms of communication (written, presentation) with varying audiences (marketing/sales leadership sponsorship partners and agencies).Understanding of or willingness to learn the Alc Bev Industry .Strong strategic thinking skills.Passion for sports, music and culture and the power of brand partnerships to drive brand building and consumer engagement.Innovative, solution-oriented self-starter with ability to multi-task.Proficiency in MS Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Ability and willingness to travel 25% of time.Flexible work schedule with location based in Chicago.About YouYou have your finger on the pulse and are a consumer first, always interested in what’s new in sports, music, entertainment, fashion, and tech.You’re a creative thinker, excited by big ideas and opportunities to drive consumer/fan connection.You seek out and are informed of the latest consumer engagement trends across social, experiential, venue technology, festival technology and music industries.You are observant, keeping an eye on what other brands are doing.Fluency in Spanish preferredLocationChicago, Illinois

The salary range for this role is:$78,800.00 - $118,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
