Description:

CIAC billing process.Bill out customer agreementAnnual reviews.Look at projects that have been completed and apply refunds if applicable.Assist with a wide range of design and/or field support activities, including the process of the core billing functions (CIAC process), policy audit documentation and requirements, refundable reviews and other work as defined to ensure core business needs are being met and operational excellence is achieved.Perform data entry and tracking of refundable work orders and provide capital budget reporting to various departments and ensure a high level of accuracy within all operating systems to support data integrity and process adherence.Working with 2-3 individuals (Internal and external)Entry level position - assist with distribution designHybrid: Onsite - T-TH; Remote: M & FQualifications :

Associate degree (Designer drafting, engineering or GIS) level; OR2-4 years of designer, engineering, project manager experienceMicrosoft Office 365Attention to detailInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsSelf-starterGIS, AutoCAD, or designing experience preferredProject manager experience desiredExcel skills requiredCustomer communication/experience.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
