The

Digital Marketing Manager

role is responsible for executing and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Aledade's goals and objectives. The position plays a key role in analyzing data to measure success and refine tactics to ensure continuous improvement.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US.

Primary Duties

Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagementPartner in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPCUse analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SFDC, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights to improve future strategiesSupport budget management across various multi-channel digital marketing channels to ensure budget pacing and ROAS remains profitable, consistent and optimizedWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Campaigns, Content, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and support for digital initiativesMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful digital marketing management and optimizationProficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platformsPreferred KSA's

Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
