CLARK Material Handling Company, is a 100 year old company, and a global leader in the material handling and forklift industry. CLARK is seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

The Marketing Manager will coordinate and manage the company's overall look and messaging across all content channels, including written, social media, web, literature and press releases. Must be able to translate product features and benefits information into sales content. This position will interact with all divisions of the company including international affiliates.

Essential Functions:

Become an expert on the industry, the customers' problem, the company's solution and the competitive landscape.Be an active participate in new product development including competitive product analysis to develop market scope.Develop overall marketing initiatives and set priorities for departmentDevelop and deliver Online web-based dealer training and devising appropriate communication strategies and materials to increase dealerships and customers understanding of the company.Establish effective lines of communications between dealer, customers and the company enabling proactive and timely communication of new information and problem resolution.Develop and execute customer and market-centric digital marketing initiatives for CLARK and dealer networkDrive online Inquiry generation including developing strategy for answering inquiriesEnsure that both the Salesforce Dealer Portal and Internet are leveraged for maximum exposure and effectiveness.Direct involvement in high-profile presentations, including preparation and presentationResponsible for maintaining current knowledge of trends and changes in the material handling industry.Build the relationship with the new dealers and customers to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded.Understand all company products, business, marketing plans, and services.Work with various departments and managers to develop business plans to support and achieve goals. Successfully manage these plans, adjusting the plan as business changes.Work with Managers to perform market research to provide the company with both tactical and strategic insight that identifies business opportunities and threats.Work in conjunction with the Operations, Sales, and the Materials & Logistics teams to support company initiatives for both new equipment and aftermarket sales.Manage graphics team for the development of literature designed to support both CLARK new equipment and aftermarket sales.Manage the development of video content to support both CLARK new equipment and aftermarket sales.Develop and implement creative sales messaging content.Develop and oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.Maintain and adhere to the Global CI Manual, including brand and content guidelines, governance frameworks, and workflows to streamline processes.Generate content for various digital platforms, including webpages, blog articles, social media posts, and newsletters to enhance digital outreach.Implement search engine optimization (SE) in online mediaContinuous Web content developmentOversee the development of the point of sale materialsOversee the development of Trade Show participationDevelop creative sales aidesDevelop mobile device sales, marketing and corporate platforms.QUALIFICATIONS

7-10 years of experience in a public relations, marketing and communications role preferably in the material handling industryA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related industry.Computer Proficiency in Word, Access, PowerPoint, ExcelExcellent writing skills is required, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.Extensive database management skillsExperience developing customer communications; and having worked effectively across all functions of the organization.Experience in selling decisions and strategies based on strategic marketing principles to senior level audiences.Ability to deal well with conflict, change or unexpected events.Individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills and thinks through issues using strong business acumenAbility to conduct Market research to present data to the organization to identify trends, deficits, identifying areas of strength, weakness and opportunity.High standards and sense of integrity, one who makes and keeps commitmentsThrives on change and is constantly looking for new ways of doing things that improve on the status quo.High energy, can-do person who can operate in a fast moving, managed chaos environment.Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, outstanding project and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.Disclaimer:
