The Marketing Administrator is responsible for upholding Abound Health PA, LLC's mission, vision and values by providing support, services, education and compassion Clients receiving Pennsylvania Waiver or Base Funded Services.

1. Social Channels Reporting:

Collect and analyze data from our social media channels on a weekly basis.Compile reports that provide insights into engagement, growth, and trends.2. Abound Unique Programs Management:

Promise Scholarship: Oversee the management of scholarship submissions, the selection process, and the distribution of payments.Applause Award: Manage submissions, coordinate the selection process, and organize the award ceremony.Abound Dreams: Manage the submission process, coordinate selections, and assist in fulfilling dream requests.3. Swag Management:

Manage shipping and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and swag.Maintain inventory of swag items across all locations and coordinate reorders as needed.4. Event Support:

Attend events to collect leads and support marketing initiatives.Assist in the setup and breakdown of event materials as needed.5. Content Creation Support:

Draft ideas for blog posts and other marketing content.Identify interesting clients and staff for feature stories and coordinate schedules for interviews, video shoots, and photos.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing essential support to the marketing department, including managing social media reporting, coordinating Abound Unique programs, overseeing swag inventory and shipments, and assisting with content creation.Provide privacy and confidentiality of all client records.Assure clients are free from abuse, mistreatment, and/or neglect and report any incidents of such to supervisor.Treat each client with dignity and respect.Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Abound Health PA's philosophy and purpose.Provide a positive atmosphere which facilitates growth and learning of coping skills.Perform duties as requested by SupervisorSKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.At least 18 years of ageNo substantiated findings of abuse and/or neglectCriminal, PA State Police, FBI (if required), SAM, MEDI Check, Sex Offender, LEIE, PA Child Abuse History (if required), Driving Record checks, clear of health and safety risks1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.Experience with CRM software and/or marketing analytics tools is a plus.Willingness to travel for events as needed.
