AttainX is in search of a highly qualified Creative Director with a background in marketing and public relations to support our Federal client with developing campaign branding strategies. The selectee will drive the process of creating awareness and education for the government’s emergency communications and priority telecommunications effort.
Must Have Requirements:Must possess a bachelor’s degree (or higher) and ten (10) years of relevant experience.Experience creating / managing campaign branding strategies.Proven track record of leveraging both new and legacy media to support marketing / branding efforts.Experience in providing guidance to creative teams, assigning tasks, and managing team deadlines.Familiarity with document accessibility requirements associated with Section 508.Top-quality editorial skills, for structure, content, and clarity, as well as grammar and spelling.Demonstrated high-level analytical and writing skills.Exceptional organizational and exquisite attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.Excellent communication skills, team player, and interpersonal skills.Must be able to travel to Washington DC, client office for meetings and during emergency response events.Must be a U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Department of Homeland Security clearance.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of Emergency Communications is highly preferred.Experience supporting Federal programs highly desired.Experience working in an Agile environment.Duties:
Responsible for managing design / creative teams to meet tight deadlines set by the federal government.Collaborates with leadership and colleagues to ensure that campaigns are compelling, engaging, and technically accurate.Conducting research to best understand media formats with the highest engagement level of the target audience.Working with government stakeholders to accurately capture desired messaging.Willingness to learn/understand the public safety communications space.Non-Essential Functions:
