We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Work closely with the product leadership team to support strategic product planning from a user experience perspectiveSolve complex interaction and visual design problems in the commercial real estate investment and analysis industryDefine, implement, and contribute to a design system that supports product's strategic objectivesCreate high and low fidelity wireframes for user testing, product managers and engineersCreate detailed drawn and written requirements, depending on the needs of the project or the team, so that the team has a clear understanding of the work to be doneReview the work of the engineers as it is published to testing servers to make sure they have implemented what you have designed in an acceptable mannerUsing redline handoff type tools like Avocode, Zeplin, etc. to give clear and precise UI direction to the development teams that will be building the interfaces you've designedConduct, document, derive learnings from and share usability testing and feedback loopsWork collaboratively with product and engineering teams in your discovery and design phases and processes to ensure all perspectives are included in production ideation and conceptualizationThe ability to teach others design and design principles directly and through example, including but not limited to product managers and engineersAttend the various development team meetings to stay in tune with development efforts and to contribute a design voice to their process.Lead out on various activities designed to stay ahead of the working teams from a planning perspective and that mitigate usability risks associated with the work items we commit to developmentOther duties as assigned.We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

Demonstrated Salesforce experienceAdhere to Berkadia's policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia's Values and position-specific skills.Experience working with or alongside agile development teamsExperience working with and collaborating with product managersExperience with current and common design tools such as, but not limited to Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Invision, ZeplinA portfolio that represents your best UI, UX, visual design and design process
