Working closely with global and regional leaders, you will create marketing campaigns to promote Optiver’s culture and engage recruitment candidates. As one of the largest market making institutions, we are a respected partner on 100+ exchanges across the globe.What you’ll do:You will work alongside the Regional Chief People Officer, the Group Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications and Global Heads of Recruitment to devise and execute employer brand and marketing strategies for the region and contribute to global marketing initiatives.As the US Head of Marketing & Brand, your key responsibilities will include:Maintain and strengthen the Optiver employer brand using strategic external branding and marketing.In partnership with our Regional Chief People Officers, Heads of Recruitment and Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications, you will devise and execute employer brand and marketing strategies for the region and contribute towards global marketing initiatives.Work closely with our internal Global Creative Lead and external creative agency to develop regional marketing campaigns that is aligned with our global positioning and guidelines.Work closely with the Global Head of Digital Marketing and an external media agency to execute our (US) paid media and performance strategy across all digital channels.Conceptualizing, producing and distributing creative, differentiating rich media content (written, video, photography, etc).Responsible for experiential marketing and branding to engage recruitment candidates at university and industry events.Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including email, social media, websites, and corporate publications.Mentor and manage a small regional team of marketing professionals.Build a network of local suppliers to ensure top quality design, photography and video production to be used in marketing campaigns.Who you are:A strategic thinker who is able to expand our boundaries and bring new ideas, who provides a complementary skillset to Theo.
