KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems ExperienceEducation:

College Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus, but not required.Experience : 0-2 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar marketing role. Demonstrated expertise in multiple social media platforms.Skills:

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, excellent written and presentation skills.Systems:

Solid computer skills, includingMicrosoft Office Suite and Outlook. Familiarity with Project Management Software and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of digital marketing tools.

TRAINING REQUIRED

Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIESSupports the retail sales branches by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, objectives and suggesting creative ways to increase brand awareness and conversion for all project requests.Collaborate with creative team and provide creative briefs to produce promotional and digital material such as flyers, postcards, brochures, social media, web banners and trade show materials for Branch offices.Extend organic reach and engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter (X) to drive traffic, generate leads and extend our brand to consumers and potential new teammates.Keep in contact with Loan Officers at assigned branch offices and follow up in email and phone communication.Coordinates seminar events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, ensuring they are effectively marketed, RESPA-compliant and cost effective; coordinating with vendors; producing materials & presentations; ordering promotional items.Event (virtual and in-person) planning for retail Branches and individual Loan Officers. This may include larger events, such as open houses and client appreciation events, but can also include smaller lunch and learns, golf sponsorships and home-buying webinars. Some travel may be required for event set-up.Train and support Loan Officers on marketing software tools.Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and promotional merchandise; includes communication with the vendors, invoicing and tracking receipts.Work closely with internal teams to optimize organic social activity and act as social media expert, advocate and leader to encourage and educate sales staff.Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.

Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.

Work Location Information:

Embrace supports hybrid work where business needs allow, but is rebuilding a community that looks forward to collaboration within an office setting. All remote work, if allowed, must be performed in a state in which Embrace is registered to do business or presently open to payroll withholding, unemployment insurance as well as workers compensation.
