Job Description:

The RoleWorkplace Investing is seeking a senior executive and seasoned marketer to lead B2B2C Marketing, Thought Leadership, Customer Research/Insights as well as our Customer Inclusion segment. The leader will be responsible for building new client relationships (demand creation), engaging sponsor experiences (build promoters), and driving adoption of additional benefits to improve the lives of participants and drive lifetime engagement. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Relationship Management and Fidelity Workplace Consulting you will lead the team to amplify the voice of our customers, deliver on the Workplace brand promise, and drive revenue growth.The Expertise and Skills You Bring• 15 plus years of successful leadership experience, with ten or more years managing people and territories.• Experience in a distributed, matrixed, or otherwise complex organizational structure.• Prior Financial Advisor experience in a client-facing capacity.• A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced Graduate degree is preferred.• FINRA Series 7, 66, (or 63 & 65), 9/10 required for role.• Proven ability to foster a positive culture and enhance the associate experience.• Effectively communicate the shared mission and strategy that unites and inspires associates at all levels.• Effectively partners with Workplace Investing and Fidelity Brokerage leaders to provide a seamless client experience and deepen client relationships.• Leadership capabilities to support the team in business planning, talent acquisition, and development of ~9,000 leaders and associates. 20+ years developing strategic GTM plans and meeting business targets.• Bachelor’s degree; MBA strongly preferred.• Series 7 and 24 required, may be acquired while in role.• Expert B2B and B2C marketer who understands that client-first methodology leads to better outcomes for all.• Ability to navigate large cross-functional org to drive customer and brand value; experience leading multiple teams across business units and experience engaging with senior internal and external clients and partners.• You bring strong organizational skills with a history of growing talent, establishing processes, and embracing technology solutions.• You have a proven track record of inspiring others to deliver results and impact, first starting with listening.• You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills that enable you to engage cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization; exemplify culture carrier.• You utilize a data-driven approach for decision making, both in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to structure and deliver presentations clearly, crisply, and compellingly. Excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of management.• Executive presence, with the ability to command attention, inspire confidence, and guide strategic discussions with senior level management.The Value You Deliver• Deliver customer and market insights to inform strategic decision making and amplify the voice of the customer throughout all stages of the product/experience development cycle.• Drive an inclusive human experience and engagement with our solutions, products, and services for underrepresented communities.• Partner with Sales & Relationship Management and multiple lines of business to shape market perception of Fidelity Workplace as America’s leading benefits administration provider and thought leader.• Lead a digital first marketing organization using modern marketing approaches to engage employers/employees in a relevant way, meeting them in the channels where they are.• Optimize B2B2C marketing initiatives across the Workplace business; build point of view on plan sponsor and participant marketing effectiveness for our partners and leadership.• Create clear measurements and KPIs aligned to the business strategy.• Partner across Workplace to deliver best in class core benefit experiences, including enrollment, onboarding, and plan utilization to deliver greater financial wellness for participants.• Drive lifetime engagement in deep partnership with Fidelity brokerage and wealth business units.• Foster an inclusive, energized and continuous learning environment for team associates who possess diverse functional expertise within the teams.Company Overview
