We are actively seeking a motivated
Entry Level Marketing Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This position is an essential part of our marketing and advertising department, offering hands-on training in basic marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. The role starts at the entry level, with the opportunity to advance to a team lead position in the marketing department. The Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development:
Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Support efforts to attract and retain customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Client Interaction:
Manage the needs of external customers, providing expert service and support. Sales Promotion:
Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and experiential marketing efforts. Brand Recognition:
Build brand recognition through local events, working closely with the Brand Ambassador teams. Customer Interaction:
Interact and communicate effectively with customers, identifying their needs and qualifying them for in-store services. Lead Generation:
Conduct lead generation activities, maintaining and developing a client base for our in-store services. Project Support:
Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific client-related projects. Qualifications: Work Schedule:
Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends for special events. Independent & Team Work:
Excel in both unsupervised solo assignments and collaborative team projects. Travel:
Willingness to travel at least 1-2 weeks per year for further training. Communication:
Excellent communication skills. Work Environment:
