Ability to build and maintain brand's online community by initiating meaningful interactions and fostering brand love.Experience monitoring all social media platforms to stay abreast on social trends.Ability to promptly and proactively insert the brand in trending moments through engagement.Pays attention to detail in all aspects of community management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging and interactions.Skilled in tasks prioritization and understanding when to escalate issues and when to address them independently to maintain community satisfaction.Systems, Tools or Technologies:
