The Marketing Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful execution of the company's marketing, communications, and PR initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, boosting sales efforts, and gaining market share. This includes creating engaging content and coordinating campaign deployment, project tracking, event planning and execution and other broad marketing support. Additionally, this position will be responsible for effective internal communication to branch, sales, and operations teams regarding all marketing resources, projects, initiatives, and results. This role involves cross-collaboration with team members and other business units to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing results. This position will also assist in market research, Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis, market trends assessment, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches and support the company's strategic business objectives.

Marketing Communications Analyst Overview:

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and performance measurement (KPIs) for assigned area of business.Partner with the marketing team in the creation of marketing and advertising elements for national and local campaigns. This includes digital, print, direct marketing, sponsorships, and content creation, to enhance brand recognition, drive sales, and strengthen the value proposition for customers and prospects.Collaborate with marketing, sales, business development operations teams to create compelling marketing collateral for the company's monthly promotional programs, in order to boost customer engagement and drive sales of CPSG's core products and services.Participate in the research, development, creation, and deployment of localized marketing campaigns to drive branch sales and increase local market penetration.Administer the company's sponsored co-op program to promote the marketing of residential door products for CPSG and its largest customers and prospects. Develop and manage engaging social media content and campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze results to align with current social media marketing trends.Coordinate, plan, and monitor progress and deliverables for strategic marketing initiatives to ensure effective collaboration with team members and partners, successful project tracking, and overall program success.Support the planning and execution of industry trade shows. This includes coordinating logistics, developing engaging presentations and collateral. Collaborate with Marketing, Products and Services & sales team to maximize effectiveness and success of each event.Track and report on marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data and benchmarking against goals set by marketing leadership to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Administer the department's editorial calendar, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are met from start to finish.Maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal performance in marketing initiatives.Effectively Communicate marketing campaigns and resources to internal team members and branch personnel to ensure awareness and alignment with company's product & services promotions and sales.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMarketing Communications Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Integrated marketing communications, Corporate communications, or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or PR roleProficient in MS Suite (primarily PowerPoint Excel, Word, Microsoft 360)Ability to assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComprehensive understanding of marketing & communication principles, strategies, and tacticsUnderstanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategiesAbility to drive the execution of marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impactExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendorsDemonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsAble to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Experience with graphic design skills, Experience with social media platforms, Experience with video creation for social media, Experience Canva or other graphic and media platforms

The pay range for this position is ( $80,000-115,00 ); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirement
