Job Summary:

Applies marketing and communications principles to generate demand in company goods & services. Creates content for the company website, social media, print, etc. to create brand awareness and aid in brand development.

Essential Job Duties :Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs and content to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. This includes but is not limited to marketing communications, literature, surveys, graphic design, videos, creative for tradeshow, ads, presentations, and more.Develops and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. This includes tracking internet activity using tools such as Google Analytics or Salesforce to monitor trends and to measure success and then recommending strategies to increase Company visibility.Responsible for writing and posting content related to Company products, inventions, and initiatives on Company websites or via email campaigns. Also designs and creates artwork, video, and literature to support the promotion of products and services. Conducts relevant market research as directed.Assists the Marketing team in coordinating, developing, and implementing strategies to drive an organization's accelerated, profitable, & sustainable growth through assigned digital marketing projects.Improves day-to-day campaigns that are measured on volume, quality, revenue, margin, or other key performance indicators.Works with other departments to develop digital marketing, communications content, and ecommerce presence across multiple channels and ensures consistency in messaging.Assists with the creation, maintenance, and strategy of the organization's digital presence to build awareness and position in the marketplace.Shoots, edits, and produces multimedia videos for online viewing.Minimum Qualification Standards:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Media Management or comparable field.Two years experience in digital marketing preferred.Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Superb writing and verbal communications skills, work with minimal supervision, good organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Must be able to use video & graphic creation and editing software programs. Versed with online content management systems, CRM, and email communications platforms.Equipment, Machines and Software Used:

This position requires the regular use of a personal computer, printer, copier, and multi-line telephone. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook and PowerPoint), In Design, and Photoshop required. Experience with content management in Word Press preferred.Mental and Physical Requirements:

Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, using a computer terminal, and reading.The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, grasp, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions.Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Environmental Conditions:

There is no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Work is performed in a typical office work environment.
