Overall Responsibilities:Aesthetic sensibility:

Ability to make design decisions that increase the overall appeal of a product based on relevant aesthetic trends and appropriate application of brand and product brand stylingCraftsmanship:

Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designsPresentations:

Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:Web standards development or prototyping skills (Figma, Principle or Protopie)Experience building good, collaborative relationships across geographically distributed teamsFamiliarity with user research methods or experience working closely with researchersFamiliarity with cloud computing or data center technologiesFamiliarity with software developmentInterest and expertise in data visualizationNot accepting candidates who have primary projects on B2B, Tools design, Desktop design and Internal tools creation.

Preferred qualifications/Nice to Have:

Familiarity and experience working in the Ads spaceExperience with writing content for additional modes of communication such as direct mail, phone scripts and printed user guidesExpert command of writing benefit-oriented, consumer-focused copyA strong understanding of user experience principles, and email marketingAbility to work globally and cross-functionally in an ambiguous environmentExcellent project manager and self-starter, with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same timeExcellent leadership, oral and written communication, project management and analytical skillsProfessional experience:

Experience in writing and designing product experiences as part of a UX team developing software and/or at a digital agencyProven ability to drive design thinking through working closely with UX and product teams

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $54/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
