Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Interior Design Associate with a
strong emphasis on CAD design
and rendering. This role is crucial in ensuring that all design aspects of our projects are meticulously handled, allowing our partners to focus on broader project management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit , with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting:
Create detailed designs and renderings using
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit,
ensuring all work aligns with the firm's high standards.Collaborative Development:
Work closely with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into precise, executable designs.Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all designs are meticulously recorded.Technical Expertise:
Utilize your technical skills in BIM design, contributing to the successful execution of interior design projects.Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in interior design or strong design experience to accommodate.Experience:
1-2 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on CAD and rendering.Technical Skills:
Proficient in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Communication:
Ability to work effectively within a team, communicating clearly with colleagues.What We Offer
