Position Summary

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns. This role involves creating engaging email pieces, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and a keen eye for detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, thematic emails, and automated workflows.Develop and proofread email content to ensure accuracy and consistency with the brand voice.Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce visually appealing and effective emails.Occasionally, create email graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.Maintain and segment email subscriber lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.Ensure email campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar.Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and technologies.Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role.Proficiency in email marketing platforms, (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo), preferably Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Figma a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Qualifications
