Job Summary

Responsible for leveraging digital channels to promote Effectv. The scope of a digital marketer’s role encompasses a wide range of digital media, including search engines, content creation and other website tools to ensure our Effectv website is optimized for increased net new qualified visitors, increased engaged session rates, building our email house list and Lead Generation via form fill, chat and phone calls.

May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Own key personalization strategies within the digital customer lifecycle experience from off-site media to on-site for strategic audience segments.

Own and define strategic roadmap, socialize and gain buy-in from multiple groups.

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with search engine optimization goals – general and keyword specific.

Have deep understanding of critical keyword research platforms, perform keyword research in coordination business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

Produce comprehensive technical search engine optimization analysis of web site/assets to facilitate the development of clear, actionable optimization roadmaps.

Provide an exceptional level of reporting which includes detailed insights, actionable next steps, and ultimately drive us to achieve business objectives.

Work with our Paid Media Manager to develop the marketing plan for the paid search program by running a budget to ensure key performance indicators are achieved (CTR, leads, phone calls, chats, etc).

Drive overall program tactics in conjunction with paid search vendors and manage day-to-day optimizations and updates such as ad copy and keyword trafficking as necessary.

Oversee the Digital Marketing Strategy on the website, develop relevant content for the website, and create tactics to optimize the online experience.

Gather, analyze, and interpret information about marketing performance from digital and paid media channels to inform strategy.

Conceptualize, ideate, and develop new content to support website strategy for lead capture and conversion.

Create content that engages and educates website users based on segment (e.g., agency vs. auto.)

Audit digital content and identify improvements on an ongoing basis.

Lead coordination and production of new content to feed A/B tests, new pages and personalization on the website.

Collaborate with other content teams across the organization to share best practices and to align on content themes/calendar.

Repurpose Thought Leadership content for digital channels.

Manage and mentor a team.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Additions:

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field.

5-7 years related experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Marketing Strategy and Analytics. B2B experience preferred.

5+ years managing a team.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Experience developing presentations for leadership and cross functional teams.

Knowledge of Google Analytics.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Experience collaborating with teams in multiple locations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must

Strong project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize decisions with strategy and logic in a demanding environment.

Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $98,349.13 - $147,523.69

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
