Find your future with us.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your role will involve implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, conducting market research, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.Position Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop detailed campaign plans and timelines.Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.Assist in the creation and execution of engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaign deliverables.Manage budgets and resources allocated to digital marketing campaigns.Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Digital Marketing Manager and P&L teams.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle WA, USA.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, digital advertising and search engine marketing.Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platformsExperience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis techniques.Budget management experience, including allocating resources effectively and tracking campaign expenses.Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and trends in digital marketing.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), account-based marketing, audience segmentation, personalization, onsite promotion, and dynamic creative experience a plusCopywriting and messaging strategy experienceStrong analytical skills across all digital marketing channels and tactics with a strong understanding of relevant metrics and KPIsBaseline knowledge of SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Robohead, Confluence or other project planning and management platformsTypical Education/ Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
