Job SummaryAs a Content Strategist in NetApps CloudOps BU, your role is critical in the creation of quality content. You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing content in various formats (i.e. eBooks, video, webpages, presentations, social, interactive experiences, SEO guides, etc.) and ensuring it is interesting, relevant, and discoverable. In this role your primary focus will be on the strategic content creation to support our GTM motion for the Spot by NetApp brand.Job Responsibilities

Research

Use data, insights, and research to proactively come up with content ideas that align to campaign goals and objectivesKeep up with current trends, news, and events relevant to the industryReview marketing dashboards (GA4, Google Search Console) and reporting tools (SemRush) to track content performance and clean insights for continuous improvement

Content Creation

Create engaging, customer-centric content for a variety of platforms including but not limited to: blogs, websites, social media, and search platforms (i.e Google, YouTube)Proofreading and editing content before publicationUpdating existing content as neededManaging and/or executing SEO content that supports campaign priorities and initativesLeverage AI tools for content production

Collaboration

Work with marketing stakeholders (ie. Campaign Leads and Product Marketing Managers) to ensure content is consistent with messaging and meets specific campaign objectives

Project Management

Owning content lifecycle management from creation and editing through to approvals, distribution, and maintenanceTrack project tasks in AsanaIdentify any roadblocks and proactively work on a solution with support from the team

Operational Excellence

Constantly find ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of content production

Generally, your workload should be split into the following:

6+ years of experience in content development, content strategy, marketing communications or a related field, designing and/or writing for B2B customers across the buyers journeyProven track record of high-impact content strategy and creationExperience in technical content writingUnderstand how to produce content for multiple audiences, deliver work at the highest editorial standard, and can make a piece of content more valuable, engaging and authentic to NetAppEmbrace an analytical approach to content: be able to look at quantitative and qualitative data to figure out what's working and what opportunities may existTools: Wordpress, Google Analytics, AsanaCan inspire and motivate cross functional partners to deliver high-quality, complex, multiple-stakeholder creative content projects on timePreferred Qualifications:Degree in Writing, Communications, Marketing, Media production, or related fieldCompensationThe base salary range for this position is $110,500-$155,400

and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
