Additional in-person days, as well as nights and weekend work, may be required, based on scheduled events.Overview:IntelliBridge, a leading provider of advanced technology solutions to homeland security, federal law enforcement, defense, and civilian agencies, is looking for a Senior Video Producer to support our contract with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Office of Public Affairs and Strategic Communications (PASC). PASC coordinates within the bureau, with other bureaus throughout the Department, the White House, other U.S. Government agencies, and grantee and implementing partner organizations to coordinate public affairs and strategic communications for both domestic and international audiences. It has oversight of a myriad of outreach efforts, which may include ECA bureau-wide strategy, speaking engagements, media, social media, video, photography, branding and websites. PASC coordinates with all ECA offices to liaise with stakeholder audiences and manage internal and external outreach.ECA designs and implements educational, professional, and cultural exchange and other programs that create and sustain the mutual understanding with other countries necessary to advancing United States foreign policy goals. For more information, please visit our website.Responsibilities/Duties :Provide on-site support for both workday and after-hours videography for an average of seven events per week, regardless of on-site or telework work posture, using

ECA's professional digital videography equipment and current techniques.Provide professional video filming and editing using Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing may require same-day or next-day delivery after important events and initiatives.Produce

videos, crafted with masterful storytelling, and including intentional and strategic messaging aligning with the mission. The range of videos include, but are not limited to: interviews, crowdsourced videos, event recaps, promo videos, social media videos, live video, animated gifs, documentary, and direct addresses in accordance with assigned service requests.Execute full production plans, including creating and presenting creative concepts, generating production schedules, and drafting / revising scripts, to produce videos in coordination with program offices and government managers.Successfully direct talent or interview subjects for video packages that range from students to high-profile government officials and celebrities.Create "Working with PASC" Video Process Guides and Tips for helping program offices tell their story and effectively communicate messages, for use by program offices and staff assistants. Conduct virtual or in-person trainings as directed by government manager. Update trainings as directed by government manager. Provide expert guidance and creative ideas for professional quality videos for the bureau.Ensure videos are captioned and 508 compliant.Foster a positive and measurable customer experience (CX) when working with all clients through timely, clear, and forward-thinking communications.Required Qualifications:Minimum 7 years professional experience as a video producer, responsible for delivering digital-first content and integrating strategies, styles, and techniques to optimize social media engagement.Bachelor's degree with a focus on creative arts.Highly skilled in: Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; script and video plan development; videography; Microsoft Office; and Google Workspace.A seasoned professional with superior written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to provide effective advice, counsel, and coaching on video to senior leaders as well as peers.Preferred Qualifications:Expert-level experience working on and with Macs.Experience working in broadcast as a video editor.Experience working within integrated communication campaigns teams and in a public diplomacy or international relations environment.Forward-thinking approach to technology and video content, with a working knowledge of current trends.Expert-level experience in creating and / or translating creative briefs into treatment and final products, developing story arcs for complex, conceptual subjects for international audiences, and originating and following through on video scripts and production timelines.Familiar with producing custom animations and other mixed media.
