Job Overview:The Senior Manager of Investor & Stakeholder Communications is responsible for developing and executing investor and financial communication strategies that effectively convey ResMed’s investment story and commitment to sustainable business practices. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, ESG frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, accounting, regulatory, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications, to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative and engagement strategy.Key Responsibilities:**Investor Communications**:

Develop and maintain investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and Q&A documents for Sustainability/ESG matters. Engage with the corporate governance teams at key institutions to develop an understanding of their key drivers that may influence investment or voting decisions Manage the investor section of the company website, ensuring it contains up-to-date and relevant financial and Sustainability/ESG information.**Sustainability/ESG Strategy Communication**:

Create process and practices to enhance the Sustainability/ESG aspect of the investor relations function. Ideate, organize, present, and articulate the company's sustainability/ESG strategy, initiatives, and achievements to external stakeholders alongside the broader company and IR strategy. This includes working with cross-functional teams to prepare sustainability reports and communications, managing submissions to ESG rating agencies, and responding to investor queries on sustainability/ESG matters.**Stakeholder Engagement**:

Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and ESG-focused stakeholders. Organize investor events, roadshows, and ESG-focused discussions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in these areas.**Market Intelligence**:

Monitor market trends, peer activities, and investor sentiments. Provide insights to internal stakeholders to inform the company's strategy. Incorporate best practices into the IR function where appropriate.**Reporting and Compliance**:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial and ESG disclosures. Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting and disclosures.**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

Collaborate and influence cross-functional workstreams across the finance, legal, compliance, sustainability, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and integrated message across all communications and stakeholder engagement channels.**Other**:

Serve as a proxy, liaison, and resource while representing the Investor Relations team with external advisors and investors.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CSR) is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations and at least 5 years in Sustainability/ESG reporting, preferably in a publicly traded company.Strong understanding of financial statements, investment concepts, the evolving ESG regulatory environment, and ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CSRD, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and sustainability concepts for various audiences.Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Working Conditions:Office-based or hybrid roleRegular travel may be required for investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of communicating a company's financial performance and sustainability efforts, making it a critical position within the organization.This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of communicating a company's financial performance and sustainability efforts, making it a critical position within the organization.We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent.
