Position Summary:First, this role requires passion for spreading the word on the importance of potentially lifesaving screenings for cardiovascular disease & stroke risk which Life Line Screening performs every day through our advertising. Creating, implementing, and managing our advertising channels to educate people about Life Line Screening’s services and appointment bookings is the highest priority.We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative

Director of Online Advertising

to lead our paid online advertising efforts.This individual will be responsible for managing our Online Advertising team to drive growth in revenue and sales through customer appointment bookings in an optimized and cost-effective manner. This person will oversee all aspects of our digital ad campaigns and must be an expert in driving revenue growth with multiple platforms, including Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Google AdWords and Bing. The person must have a proven track record in growing and scaling online advertising revenue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale online advertising campaigns and will bring a deep understanding of online sales funnels, optimization, conversion metrics, and advertising platforms to drive substantial growth and scale of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive online advertising strategies that align with Life Line Screening’s growth goals and mission.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

Campaign Management: Oversee national campaigns across Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and Google AdWords, YouTube, & more ensuring they are creative, innovative, and optimized for performance. Landing page design and creative understanding included.

Optimization & Reporting: Utilize reporting and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, optimize for conversion, and provide actionable insights.

Innovative Campaign Development: Continuously explore new advertising methods, platforms, and creative approaches to keep Life Line Screening at the forefront of online advertising.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.

Qualifications:Passion and belief in Preventive Cardiovascular Screenings to support health and longevity.

Collaborative leader with creativity and integrity proven in the workforce.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale online advertising campaigns and a Team.

Extensive experience with Meta, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, AdWords, and Bing advertising platforms.

Proven track record of managing and leading teams, as well as growing revenue in the ad platforms.

Bachelor's Degree
