Qualifications
You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the
GS-09
grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.
Specialized Experience Is Defined As Experience
developing and implementing visual programs; andassisting in the development and delivery of social media content for multiple audiences; andassisting in the analysis and evaluation of the user experience, interaction trends, and audience reach.
Volunteer Experience:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M.
