As a

n Assistant Design Manager

, you will

be responsible for

specific technical design

activities

and will play a crucial role in

creating

and

analyzing

detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings to deliver fully coordinated and buildable

design documents

.

Your role will

also

involve implementing Suffolk Design's design-build management process across multiple concurrent projects of

various types

and market sectors. With a focus on

cross-disciplinary

collaboration, technical competence, and

implementation

of

innovative

process

, tools, and technologies, you will contribute to

shaping

n

and construction.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Assume

responsibility for specific technical design

tasks

by

c

reat

ing

detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings to deliver fully coordinated and buildable

design documentation.

Apply

independent judgment in

assessing,

selecting, and

employing

standard techniques, procedures, and criteria for architectural projects.A

dvance the production of schematic, design development and construction documents drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost, and design inten

t.Assist

in

the p

repar

ation of

project specifications

by gathering

,

researching

and analyzing pertinent data

to support

competent

solutions.Assist

in conducting rigorous project constructability reviews during the design process, ensuring complete and coordinated documentation prior to construction.Track and report progress towards internal deadlines and project milestone completion.Coordinate

, prepare

for,

and

participate

in project team meetings, workshops, and collaborative communications.

Document meetings

and distribution action items and notes accordingly.Actively collaborate with and coordinate work of

external design

consultants

, internal construction and estimating experts,

other

knowledge resources to ensure project deliverables are coordinated, integrated, and support the design

and performance goals of the project.Participate in construction administration duties (e.g.,

submittal review,

Qualifications

Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's

degree in architecture

or related

field

from an accredited

academic

institution3-5

years' experience
