Position SummaryThe Manager of Security Systems Technology & Design is responsible for developing, managing, and auditing security access control systems, cameras, video management systems, and other security devices for all sites across MultiCare. In this role you will develop, manage, and audit physical security design requirements (PSDR) and integrate security service requirements (ISSR) for all security projects across MultiCare, while functioning as the liaison with security integrators and security consultants on all projects.

ResponsibilitiesW orks in collaboration with the local security leader and project leader for all security projects across MultiCare and produces security design and security requirements for all build projectsCreates security CAD designs for projects and maintain accurate site drawings across MultiCareOversees and liaises with security integrators/consultants on all security projects to ensure proper execution on MultiCare's standardsEnsures access control, cameras, video management systems, and other security devices are functioning properly, audited and compliant with design requirementsServes as a subject matter expert for various security systems/teams for technology and hardware related issuesManages security ticket requests for service, repairs, and upgrades according to defined service level agreements (SLA) for all sites across MultiCareMaintains project trackers and software to provide detailed project status reports for key stakeholders; communicates issues and recommendations for resolutionRequirementsBachelor's degree in project management or security related field requiredFive (5) years of related technical experience to include any combination of security related work such as physical security, consulting, security technology design/maintenance, or project management requiredThree (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity requiredExperience in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software tools preferredExperience working with architectural design teams requiredExperience working with general contractors and construction managersCertified Protection Professional (CPP) and/or Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM), Electronic Safety and Security (ESS) Designer and/or Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) preferredOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $81,245.00 - $116,938.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
