What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all jobs from beginning to endMeet with clients at their homes or job sites to showcase appropriate flooring samplesFollow established processes using tablet and computer softwareOversee project management, ensuring seamless installation by engaging with installersBuild a network for long-term relationship building and lead generation
What is Required (Qualifications):Experience in customer service, specifically discussing key features and benefits with clientsMust have experience working in the flooring industry, including knowledge of flooring types and production processesProficient with technology, including the use of Salesforce, Asana, and other softwareMust hold a valid driver's license and pass a background checkHighly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Previous experience in a design or sales role within the flooring industryStrong interpersonal skills to foster client relationshipsFamiliarity with project management tools and customer relationship management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for home improvement and helping clients achieve their vision
