Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Marketing Platform Enablement Leader is responsible for the campaign platform integration roadmap, business requirements, and ongoing expansion strategy, while ensuring platform optimization for campaign governance and user experience.The Marketing Platform Enablement Leader will oversee the delivery and optimization of T&O portfolio of platforms, act as the business product owner on the development of new integrations, and seek out and evaluate future technology expansion opportunities. This unique role combines aspects of integration technology, automation, product management, business analysis, and solutions architecture with some consultative Marketing acumen. This role will have supplier management responsibilities with multiple vendors regarding support, performance, contractual service levels, and user communications throughout outages, upgrades, and maintenance. As a thought leader within the business, the Marketing Technology Platform Leader champions simplification, standardization, and continuous process improvement to drive growth and increase speed to market with a consistent and flexible strategy. In this role, the MTEL partners closely with product owners on technology delivery and key stakeholders to ensure ease of use and high adherence to key governance steps. Strong collaboration skills are required.Essential Responsibilities:Champion simplification and continuous process improvement to drive growth, increase speed to market, and deliver maximum business impact.Architect and lead the development of a comprehensive strategy for process automation, data collection, and documentation across the T&O portfolio of platforms (Workfront, Fusion, ACM, DAM, Performline, etc.).Partner with Synchrony Business stakeholders to conduct in-depth needs assessments, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and define project scope to ensure successful implementation and adoption.Oversee implementation of new integration functionality, onboard new business processes, and lead cross-functional collaboration with product owners on delivery while adapting to changing business needs.Evaluate current integration architecture to identify optimization opportunities and establish a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the agile build teams, aligning priorities with overall business objectives for the Growth Organization.Orchestrate PI planning sessions to align prioritization of enhancements across T&O portfolio of platform releases.Evaluate emerging trends in platform integrations and determine impacts on future-state.Ensure technology decisions are guided by significance to the enterprise, impacts to the business, risk management, and the organization.Lead efforts to redesign or modify system connections as part of, or in coordination with, business improvement initiatives.Oversee configuration updates performed on our automation platforms (ACM, Fusion, etc.) which processes automated actions across our suite of user interfacing applications.Work closely with software providers and internal IT partners to deliver on the above responsibilities and evolve the Performance Marketing Technology ecosystem infrastructure.Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in the successful execution of Transformation & Optimization platform initiatives.Create business cases for introducing new technologies and upgrading existing ones.Understand technical infrastructure and overall business and product strategy.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 11+ years of work experience with an emphasis on technology and integration implementation management.A minimum of 7 years of Information Technology or software platform management experience with an emphasis on technology and software implementation management required.Minimum of 5 years of experience using APIs, web services, and/or digital tools to deepen existing relationships and drive growth.Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree preferred.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions strongly preferred.Strong problem-solving skills; capable of making insightful observations and creating innovative solutions.Prior work experience in Financial Services desired.Grade/Level: 13The salary range for this position is

130,000.00 - 210,000.00

USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level, or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or older.You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.
