We’re looking for a new addition to the Rise Growth Team to partner with and elevate pitch narratives through creative storytelling. As a Presentation Designer, you’ll be responsible for working with Risers from across the organization (from the C-Suite to associates) to support business development initiatives for new business opportunities in North America.This will include partnering with the Growth team to design new business proposals and pitch materials, including strategic presentations, case studies, and creative components of deliverables for potential clients. The Presentation Designer will assist with the pitch process from start to finish, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create the overall theme of the presentation, bring forward new and innovative ways to demonstrate strategic thinking and designing documents in support of winning new business for the agency. This person will help, develop and modify supporting creative and “pitch theater” as well as working with the team to manage processes and timelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping creative solutions for presentations, leave-behinds, collateral, and more.Flawlessly design PowerPoint presentations with collaborative team vision.Prepare highly customized prospect and client presentations in PowerPoint as well as RFP submissions.Work with the Growth team to plan, design, and deliver exceptional client deliverables.Organizing content, selecting visuals, and applying design principles for clarity and engagement.Assessing the length and style of the presentation, choosing fonts, graphics, and other visual elements for the slides, and working with clients to ensure the message is presented effectively.Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members.Independently coordinating multiple new business efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.Smoothly navigate timelines by managing templates, schedules, and resourcing.Receive and provide constructive feedback on your work.Evaluate user experience of client/potential client's website/assets, and make data-driven/best-practice recommendations on how to improve the UX.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand presentation goals, content, and target audience.Design presentations that adhere to our brand guidelines and visual identity.Develop clear and concise layouts incorporating data visualization, charts, and infographics.Utilize presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) to create high-quality presentations.Stay updated on design trends and best practices for presentations.Prepare presentations for various audiences (internal teams, clients, investors).JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:

Bachelor’s degree.Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Presentation Designer or related field.Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and ability to create clear and engaging presentations (client-ready digital examples preferred).A passion for creating visually impactful presentations.Proficiency in presentation software, specifically with Microsoft PowerPoint (Google Slides and Keynote a plus).Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other design tools/software.Document design experience with Microsoft Word and Google Docs.Ability to visually represent data and infographics.Substantial information design and data visualization abilities.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Capacity to multitask and reprioritize effectively in a self-driven environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills and desire to take pride and ownership of their work.UX experience is preferred, but not required.The above statements are intended to provide the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
