Responsibilities:
Engage in door-to-door marketing to introduce our company and offerings to new and existing customers to generate qualified sales consultations.
Conduct daily morning meetings with your team.
Stand and walk outdoors for extended periods.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
Keep an energetic and positive attitude.
Support the Direct Marketing Manager as needed.
Compensation:
Guaranteed base rate of $19.00/Hr. + Uncapped Sales Commission
Daily and monthly bonus opportunities.

Mileage and Cell Phone Reimbursement
Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.

Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Previous marketing/sales experience preferred but not required.
Previous leadership/management experience preferred but not required.
