In exchange, we offer AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES, colleagues who value you, and long-term growth potential.RequirementsTEAMWORK and a GREAT attitudeProven success in developing content and bringing it to lifeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativityExperience with all social media platforms, related tools, and relevant analyticsHands-on experience, ideally for a consumer-focused brand, creating original content across all formats (digital, video, print, audio, and new emerging formats, too)Experience creating and editing content in Adobe Creative Suite: (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator)Curating customer-generated content on social channels into highly produced featuresSolid computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google AdsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitudeOccasional availability to be onsite at a Kings location after “normal” business hours to capture content from events and general guest excitementDutiesTranslate the energy of Kings across all platforms by creating and executing content-marketing strategiesEnsure all content across all platforms and channels accurately & fully represents our brandGrow and strengthen our community by quickly and professionally responding to online comments, reviews, and feedbackCapture & edit photography and video for social media and other platformsManage website content, social profiles, and assist with other ad-hoc initiativesMonitor trends in social media, hospitality, entertainment, and overall culture to maintain a social media presence that exudes the “Play at Kings” personaUse data and intuition to create original content across all formats and channelsKeep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsMonitor competitors’ marketing activitiesEnsure business hours and location information are correct everywhereEnsure all marketing assets accurately reflect our brand valuesRespond to requests for donations and other needs of our communities
