About Us:Pro Soccer, Pasadena's premier soccer retailer, is looking for an innovative and passionate Social Media Manager to shape and amplify our digital voice across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for creating compelling content, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand.Key Responsibilities:Strategize, develop, and manage a content calendar that drives engagement and brand awareness on Instagram and TikTok.Create, edit, and post visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, and live sessions, that resonate with each platform’s unique audience.Engage daily with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries to foster strong relationships with our followers.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to innovate and execute content and promotional strategies that boost online presence and in-store traffic.Coordinate and cover live events, traveling between our retail location, warehouse, and other sites to capture dynamic, on-the-ground content.Work with the e-commerce team to help grow our newsletter and various promotionsRequirements:3+ years of proven experience in social media management with a portfolio of successful campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.Demonstrated ability to create content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to work independently and efficiently from various locations, including our retail store, warehouse, or remotely.Flexibility to work a mix of weekdays and weekends, with occasional travel required.Must own a reliable vehicle and be based in the Los Angeles area for travel between locations.Must be responsive and reliable to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with all internal and external teams.A passion for soccer and an understanding of soccer is a significant advantage!Why Join Us?We offer a competitive salary, a creative and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
