We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Principal Associate In-App Marketing Strategist to support the Retail Bank's marketing efforts in our Capital One app. This role is critical to the success and evolution of our channel. You will be a key player on a team dedicated to marketing within our Capital One mobile apps to reach customers, cross-sell new products, drive new account generation, and deepen customer engagement.Within this role, you will own a broad range of campaigns and be responsible for the management and optimization of our in-app marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business goals; this includes campaign management, creation and execution of testing plans, and continued monitoring and optimization. You will collaborate with our broader Bank Marketing team to coordinate strategies across channels and ensure our campaigns are fully integrated. You will also work with our Product and Technology partners to understand their roadmaps and drive channel innovation and process improvements.The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing campaigns within short-form channels - developing campaign intent, test & learn strategy development, creative development, customer journey mapping & orchestration, stakeholder socialization & communication, and performance tracking & optimization.Comfort working within ambiguity and navigating an ever-changing business landscape will be critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will also have a keen eye for data & analytics and experience turning data into actionable recommendations.Responsibilities:

Support development, execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing strategies within our Capital One owned applications.Lead new creative development for in-app marketing placements in partnership with internal creative teams.Map out and build campaign audiences and customer journeys that support the broader channel strategy.Work with other channel strategy leads to coordinate campaigns and customer journeys across multiple channels.Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for in-flight enhancements.Partner with teams across the Bank and Enterprise to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader organizational goals and roadmaps.Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.Recommend new testing opportunities to inform audience & creative optimization and drive business growth in an efficient & profitable manner.Ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills, managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of excellence and accuracy.Able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across a large organization, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity.Understands how to map out a customer journey and build a strategy around that.Passion for data and using analytics to tell stories and make decisions.Highly effective communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal.Able to balance "big picture" strategic thinking with detailed campaign planning and execution.Thrives in an ever-changing business environment.Resourceful, innovative, and creative thinker.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a plus.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or military experience.At least 2 years experience in product marketing.At least 2 years experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.At least 2 years driving creative strategy and developing optimization frameworks.At least 2 years experience mapping out, planning, and managing customer journeys.Preferred Qualifications:
